I could suggest a 'good parenting seminar' that starts in every barangay where I could penetrate to the unit of entry, which is the family. If given the opportunity, I could also suggest this simple program yet can upgrade moral family values to the City Council to have an ordinance/law regarding this matter.

I suggest that they be given a three to six months free training on secretarial jobs, culinary or handicrafts. In doing so, we'll be helping not just the parent but also her dependents.

However, Human Resource cannot be maximized since people are concerened with their own personal issues. So the key is, to empower a sector and later create an awareness on how they can participate in the overall change that we would like to achieve.

Currently, we are undergoing a global crisis. The effects can be felt all over the city. Our graduates are under employed and some are forced to stop going to school to help their families.

I really believe that it is through education that our community will prosper. By providing our people with the proper knowledge and skills, we open more opportunities for livelihood and self-sustainability. My advocacy is education for the out-of-school youth.

I have observed that much rainfall has caused flooding in the city. If I would dissect the problem, it would be due to the improper garbage disposal and rampant cutting of trees.

In community setting, i would encourage zero garbage protection and turn your trash into cash. Also, tree planting activities would help lessen the flood in our city. In macro setting, I would talk to the DPWH regarding the issue.
